The staff were outstandingly accommodating and friendly. My room was new-fashioned and absolutely perfect with a private bathroom.

The location was marvellous and exceptionally nice, to Kasprowy Wierch cable car, I greatly enjoyed it. The breakfast was satisfactory, a great selection of appetising food. The friendly staff provided all the necessary info.

location: the hotel was just off the mountains-loved as well as the city center. we could drink something at bar na szlaku, located 1 km away. there was a lot of appetising meals.

Clean hotel with amiable and welcoming staff and peaceful location close to the city centre, main shopping street and the mountains-loved. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus an electric kettle, a work desk, and a TV set. Absolutely stunning view over the mountain.

My recent stay at Bel-Ami was great. The location was perfect and I loved that breakfast was included. The variety of food options at breakfast was impressive and I enjoyed starting my day with a full stomach. The wifi connection was also reliable, which was important for me. Even though the hotel room had average interior, the towel provided was unexpectedly comfortable. I had a good experience at Bel-Ami Bed & Breakfast.

I booked a single room, so staff sent me to a single room when checking in, which was unbearably tiny. But, the picture on Booked.net for the single room when I made the reservation turned out not to be a single room, but double. Luckily the staff recognized this and put me in a double room, same as in the picture. I found the staff to be very helpful, especially helping me plan mountain treks.

Stayed at Bel-Ami for a few nights during my trip. The location was perfect - close to the main pedestrian street with bars and cafes, but far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. Easily accessible to the bus stop for exploring the area. Free parking was a huge advantage. The staff were helpful and even assisted me in finding a dentist when I broke a tooth. a great experience.

The staff are helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a small view of the mountains adding to the charm. Basic amenities, including a fridge, are provided, and although the carpets may show signs of wear, the overall quality is good. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a variety of options to choose from, including delicious cakes.

Everything was satisfactory - no complaints here.

Early in the morning, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains while sipping on your coffee. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and modern facilities, including a TV and free parking.

The bathroom doesn't have a holder for the toilet paper, which can be frustrating.
